Cancellation policy

"Good Organics and Good Canna Rx" provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service and the terms outlined in this subscription policy. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit or debit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account, only after successful completion of your first fulfilled order*.

At Good Organics, LLC and Good Canna Rx, LLC, we strive to provide our customers with premium skincare and wellness products delivered conveniently to their doorsteps. 1. Subscription Commitment*
When you subscribe to a product or selection of products from Good Organics, your first order is automatically processed based on the interval you have selected upon subscription. Once this initial ("first") order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it will be processed based on the subscription commitment established at the time of each customer's transaction. This ensures that your first order will be fulfilled and delivered without interruption, as you've acknowledged / accepted at the time of submitting the subscription transaction. This also ensures you receive the product(s) you’ve selected without delay.

2. Subscription Cancellation*
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, any cancellation request will only take effect after the first order has been processed and shipped. This means that while you can easily cancel future recurring shipments, your first order will be delivered as planned. For each recurring order, you will be charged automatically based on the interval you’ve chosen. You will receive an email notification a few days before your next scheduled order is processed. This notification gives you the opportunity to review and make any necessary changes to your subscription before the order is finalized. Good Organics Customer Service will not process modifications or cancellations via email or phone; all changes must be directly initiated by you through your account profile. To avoid being charged, cancellations of future recurring orders must be made before the scheduled billing date and before the order is charged for fulfillment. 3. Modifications to Subscription*
You have the flexibility to adjust your subscription preferences, including changing the delivery frequency, modifying the products included in your subscription, or updating your shipping address. Any changes you make will apply only to future orders and will not affect the current or first order that is already being processed. Please note that all modifications must be made directly by you through your subscription account profile. If you have not established your login, you must create one to access your profile and make any desired changes. Good Organics Customer Service will not process modifications or cancellations via email or phone; all changes must be directly initiated by you through your account profile. 4. Cancellation Policy*
While you can cancel your subscription at any time, please note that the first order within your subscription must be fulfilled and cannot be canceled once it has been placed. After your first order has been shipped, you are free to cancel your subscription, and no future orders will be processed. No early termination fees apply. All cancellations for future orders must be completed directly by you through your subscription account profile, and must occur before the next scheduled billing date and before the order is marked as processed. This status is confirmed via email notifications that are automatically sent to you. 5. Notification of Upcoming Shipments
We will notify you via email a few days before each subscription order is processed. This notification allows you to make any necessary changes or cancellations for future orders but does not apply to the first order in your subscription. This notification is sent in advance of the next scheduled billing and thus giving enough time to make any desired changes. Any changes made will apply to future orders only, not the "current" scheduled order that is being processed. To ensure you receive all important updates and notifications, please make sure that emails from Good Organics and Good Canna Rx are not marked as spam by adding our email addresses to your safe sender list or email contacts.   • Change Shipping Address: Ensure your products are sent to the correct address by updating your shipping information.
  • Update Billing Information: Keep your payment details current to avoid any interruptions in your subscription service.
  • Cancel Your Subscription: If you wish to cancel, you can do so directly through this portal.

Subscription and Other Types of Orders

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time after your first order has been fulfilled. Your subscription order confirmation emails have links to your subscription order. You can manage your subscription from the link enclosed in your subscription email or directly via your subscription online profile. One-Time Orders
A one-time order allows you to purchase a product without committing to a subscription or recurring delivery. When you place a one-time order, you'll receive the selected product in a single shipment, with no obligation to reorder or subscribe. Your payment details will be used solely for this individual purchase, and you won't be automatically charged again. One-time orders are perfect for trying out a product or purchasing as needed without any ongoing commitment. If you decide you love the product, you can always opt into a subscription at a later time for added convenience and potential savings.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
