FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping Only on Orders Over $45

As part of our new website promotion, we are now offering Free Shipping on orders over $45 to the the Continental USA for a limited time only! (This offer is not eligible for customers with a shipping address in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories that are not considered part of the Continental USA.) Good Organics, LLC, Good Canna, LLC and Good Canna Rx, LLC (collectively), reserves the right to change the shipping policy at any time without notice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship select products internationally but not all products are allowed for international shipping. If you are an international customer, it is important that you obtain a shipping broker immediately after placing your order, prior to us shipping out your order. You will need to supply (at your own cost) your shipping broker with specific information about the shipment, so the broker you’ve acquired can ensure a smooth passage through the customs/import department of your country.

SHIPPING TIMES

The Good Organics team fulfills and ships orders Monday through Friday. Our shipping time can take anywhere from 4-14 business days depending on where in the country (United States of America) you are located, but shipping time varies and can take longer. Most packages are received by our customers in 3-10 business days. International shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the shipping provider and method of shipping you select at checkout, and if you have a shipping broker on stand by. All packages are picked up by our shipping carriers daily. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and based on shipping carriers - Good Organics does not have any responsibility in changes to shipment delivery estimates and/or transit timeframes. 

SHIPPING
Once a package has been shipped, Good-Organics.com and subsidiaries (e.g. GoodCannaRx.com) will take NO responsibility in the carriers shipping time-frame. We are not able to ship orders to a PO Box address. All orders must be shipped to a valid physical mailing address within the United States. If you use a PO Box address your order shipment will be delayed until a valid mailing address is provided and/or we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice and you will be fully refunded.

Good-Organics.com will also NOT take any responsibility for items lost by carriers during transit or left at the wrong address.

All international import tariffs charged by your country or any involved third parties – are the responsibility of the customer.

Any shipped packages that are returned back to our warehouse facility through no fault of our own. Will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Some instances of this would be as followed (but not limited to):

– A customer refuses a package upon delivery.
– A customer has moved & not updated their contact information (mailing/billing address, phone, email, etc.) on our website.
– The package was never signed for and/or never picked up from the shipping
carrier holding facility.

Every circumstance in which this happens, is subject to a case by case exceptions. Ultimately we hold the right to make the final decision in each matter.

SHIPPING & CARRIES RESPONSIBILITY

At Good Organics, LLC, we strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders. However, once an order is handed over to our designated shipping carriers, certain factors fall beyond our control. Please review the following terms regarding shipping:

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once your order is dispatched and in the possession of the shipping carrier, Good Organics, LLC is not responsible for delays, rerouted, or loss of packages. Any issues arising during transit should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

  • Delivery Delays: We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We recommend retaining all packaging materials and tracking information to facilitate the claims process.

  • Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Good Organics, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

ORDER ERRORS & MISSING PRODUCTS
Incorrect, damaged MUST be claimed within 72 hours of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information.

If you are missing an item from your order, please contact our Service Team at 1-888-410-0345 or you can email us at hello@good-organics.com. If you received the wrong product, please do not open the item. Contact us immediately within 24 hours about the error (e.g. wrong product received) and we will email you a return shipping label.
