HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Simply select the Subscribe option on the product page (above the “Add to Cart” button) and choose how often you'd like to receive your product. At checkout, enter your billing and shipping details. An online account will automatically be created, allowing you to pause or cancel your subscription anytime.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business day of your transaction. If you're subscribed to receive automatic shipments every 30 days, your next order will ship within one business day after the 30th day. You can easily adjust your subscription frequency anytime by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscriptions."

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFO?

To update the payment method for your subscription, log in to your account OR click "Manage Subscriptions." From there, navigate to the payment settings and follow the prompts to update your payment details.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Absolutely! You can manage your subscription through your account settings—adjust, pause, cancel, or modify it at any time. We’ll notify you in advance of each recurring order, giving you ample time to make any changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your subscription (like changing the product or delivery frequency), be sure to do so at least 3 days before your next order to avoid being charged for the original setup. For new subscriptions, cancellations can only occur after the second order has been successfully processed. If changes or cancellations are made within the 3-day window, they will apply after the upcoming order is processed.

HOW ARE SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

All subscription orders will ship for FREE via USPS, no matter the size of the order.

IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT?

There’s no minimum purchase commitment—you can subscribe for as long as you like! Just note that a minimum of 3 recurring deliveries is required before you can cancel your subscription.

DO I EARN REWARD POINTS ON SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Absolutely! Subscribers earn 2X rewards points (10%) on every order, while non-subscription orders earn 5% back. Keep in mind, points can't be used on subscription orders. We recommend redeeming your points on a one-time purchase or for gift shopping!

WHEN DO I CLAIM MY ANNUAL GIFT?

After 12 consecutive months of subscription orders, you’ll unlock an exclusive subscriber-only gift! Once your 12th order is delivered, you can claim your free gift directly on our website.
